Program Coordinator
Goodwill Group Foundation is a Bangkok-based charity whose mission is to improve the quality of life of young disadvantaged Thai women via skills training and career services. The program coordinator will assist the Program Manger in the day-to-day management of the office and manage it in her absence.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Counsel and advise women as needed
• Interview volunteers and manage course curriculum
• Coordinate and update information among women and volunteers
• Input data into database
• Create and analyze database reports
• Handle all communications with relevant Government agencies
• Translate documents (Thai-English) when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. Experience working in the development or education field is a plus.
• Native Thai with proficiency in English (only open to women applicants)
• Well-organized with attention to details
• Enthusiastic, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel)
• Some travel upcountry may be required
Salary: 12,000 – 21,000 Thai Baht, depending on experience.
