Who runs Goodwill? How is it structured?
Operations are overseen by a volunteer MD, Kurt Heck, a former software industry executive from California. The program is managed on a day-to-day basis by Sarochinee (Beer) Unyawachsumrith, who joined Goodwill in 2002 from the Thailand Association for the Blind. Teaching is done by over 40 active volunteers, who are about evenly divided between Thai/foreigner and male/female.
