Imagine this. A young, poor girl comes to Bangkok. She doesn't know anyone, has no real skills and hasn't finished high school. Her opportunities are very limited - factory work, cleaning and sometimes worse. Often times she'll have to take the first job she can find.
Goodwill provides women like this with a different opportunity. An opportunity to develop skills to advance in their current jobs or expand their career options. An opportunity to meet friends. An opportunity to work in a safe environment with a good salary where they can be proud of the work they do.
